Register for Single Class
Walk-ins and new students are welcome. Register online or in the studio before class.
A one-on-one private session helps you deepen your practice and facilitating breakthroughs in ways that aren't usually possible in a classroom setting. You receive personalized instruction with undivided attention and observation. This is a great way to learn to adapt poses for your specific needs and gain insight into your unique structural "blind-spots" through feedback and hands-on adjustments. Level 1 Yoga
This 90 minute class is for students with a serious interest in the art and science of asana (postures). Standing, seated, twisting and revolving and forward bending poses are explored in detail to build strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. Beginning head and shoulder stands are also introduced as well as some breathing and relaxation techniques.
Level 2 Yoga
This 90 minute class is for students with a minimum of two years of regular asana practice. More challenging yoga poses such as handstands and backbends as well as arm balances are practiced in detail with an emphasis on the refinement of posture alignment.
